Whom we help: Connecticut residents, not just Masons, who need skilled nursing, therapy services, and assistance with activities of daily living.
What to expect: A licensed visiting nurse will come to your home to evaluate your needs and make suggestions. Then we’ll set up a plan and regular schedule of visits — anything from daily, weekly, or live-in — to best support your needs.
