Maternal Child Health/ Pediatric

Masonicare Home Health & Hospice has an extensive Maternal Child Health/Pediatric program that cares for high risk pregnant mothers, premature babies, babies of full gestational age, multiple births and pediatric patients.

Whom We Help: Masonicare Home Health & Hospice's Maternal Child Health/Pediatric program helps perinatal, neonatal, pediatric, post-partum patients and families.

How We Help: The skilled team that makes up the Masonicare Home Health & Hospice's Maternal Child Health/Pediatric program assesses and cares for high risk pregnant mothers and helps them achieve a full-term pregnancy. In addition the program also provides care for premature babies, babies of full gestational age, multiple births, teach/assesses as normal growth and development as well as infection control. In addition Maternal Child Health/Pediatric staff provide instruction and coaching in breastfeeding and parenting skills. This program also cares for pediatric patients who can be managed at home, but need nursing or physical therapy to assist them in returning to their normal state of function.
