Follow I-84 East or West to Exit 7 North. Continue on 7 North to exit 12 (Route 202). Take a right at the end of the exit onto Federal Road (Route 202 E). Take a right into Village Complex at sign for 777 South. Park in back and walk up stairs in the middle of the complex. Masonicare Home Health & Hospice office will be on right side.
