Base rent includes:

Your full monthly fee is determined by the size of the apartment you choose and the level of care you receive, which is determined prior to residency through a medical evaluation meeting with the assisted living nurse.

Adult Day Program

When a parent or relative experiences memory loss and is no longer safe to be alone at home, caregivers who work or need a break often struggle to find solutions. In cases like these, our Adult Day program may be the answer.

The Adult Day Program is located in Masonicare’s special memory care neighborhood at Masonicare at Mystic. The program offers a variety of supportive and social activities in a group setting for memory-impaired individuals.

Participants can attend Monday-Friday, for a full or half (four hours) day. Our program includes recreation to stimulate thinking and problem-solving, socialization, personal care services, meals, and snacks. A transportation option is available within a 15-mile radius for a nominal fee.

Adult Day rates are based on length of time and include beverages, snacks and a healthy lunch. Extended hours and transportation are also available at an additional cost.

In Assisted Living, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: the independence of a private apartment and a professional helping hand. Here, residents receive three nutritious meals a day in a supportive environment, and help is provided based on the resident's individual needs. 

A full calendar of events and activities gives residents plenty to keep them active and engaged. Door-to-door transportation will take residents to medical appointments, scheduled shopping destinations, social outings and places of worship within a 15-mile radius.
